Baby's first family photos
This sweet family received a gift certificate for a photo session and originally contacted me for newborn photos. I was honest and said while I have taken newborn pics in the past here & there, it's not my specialty. They decided to wait and use their gift certificate for family photos later in the year, and I'm so glad they did! This photo shoot was so adorable and fun. Apparently these parents hit the baby jackpot and got one of those calm, easygoing babies. This little guy was so charming and sweet. They chose to do their photo session at Tumbleweed Ranch which is one of my personal favorite locations. It's got that rustic farmhouse vibe and lots of space, so it's great for families and pets. I also love that the park with the playground is far enough away that it's not distracting to kids, but close enough that if you wanted to, you could stop over there after your photo session and play for a bit before you head home.
